The original version has three references: this article, which simply has a list of names of members of the Universal House of Justice with no information whatsoever about Payman Mohajer; this article by the Baha'i World News Service announcing his election in 2005; and the Concise Encyclopedia... referencing what the Counselors do (without mentioning Payman Mohajer).
Since the only source that mentions any detail on Payman Mohajer is the Baha'i World News Service, my version simply quotes the entire 7 sentences of the reference. I also tagged the article with the notability issue because the subject is not covered in any source other than the announcement of the election. Cuñado ☼ - Talk 07:23, 31 January 2018 (UTC)
