I am aware that there may be a risk of COI here, but I belive that I have written a fair, uninflated and unbiased biography about a person who is worthy of such a page. I can see you put a lot of effort into this article, but I still think it has notability issues. Firstly, references 1-9 that you have provided are from a self published resume, and are thus not independently published articles. The other 2 references only provide a very brief reference to the subject. Thank you again for the advice. Hopefully you will agree that the article is unbiased. I have removed unnecessary information and updated the references to the best of my ability.
