Mokran was primarily known for his work in the R&B and hip hop genres, but was chosen by the Flaming Lips for his past history of mixing hit singles.[6] Regarding the album, NME magazine said that "three of the best songs ... are mixed by Peter Mokran."[7]
I am removing this statement because the NME quote is misleading - the main versions of those songs were not mixed by Peter Mokram. The main versions were mixed by Dave Friddman. Mokram mixed some alternate versions of those songs. This is made more clear if you look at the other source "Staring at Sound: The True Story of Oklahoma’s Fabulous Flaming Lips", which correctly states that they "reconciled with the idea of remixing some of the tracks they'd completed with Fridmann". 68.4.127.216 (talk) 02:17, 8 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
