Section removal

I removed the Policies and positions section.

The editor adding it has enough copyright issues that we can no longer AGF
There is a description of the intent of the bill, and a link to the bill, but that link is primary, so the description is either WP:OR or taken from some other place
Several statements of fact are not supported by a reference
The close of the section is an exact quote, perhaps OK, but not sourced

Presumably, it could be cleaned up, and any editor is welcome to do so, but with all these problems, best to start over.--S Philbrick (Talk) 13:05, 5 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
