Yes, there are differences. We could merge bacterial and eukaryotic phospholipases C from CL0384, but we also have Zinc-dependent phospholipase C which are very different. My very best wishes (talk) 19:55, 19 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I agree. They are classified as two distinct enzymes: EC 3.1.4.3 (phospholipase C) and 3.1.4.11 (phosphoinositide phospholipase C). --Dcirovic (talk) 23:52, 29 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
