Recommended update to Planview article on Wikipedia
[edit]I'm looking for assistance updatingJanebkovacs (talk) 17:32, 20 February 2018 (UTC) the Planview article on Wikipedia.
Full disclosure, I work for PLanview as the global PR manager. I am new to being a user on Wikipedia and I will comply with the community rules and guidelines. I'm open to comments and suggestions from editors on how best to help improve the Planview article.
My recommended update is to update the product names.
Products that should be listed are:
Planview Enterprise One (formerly Planview Enterprise) Planview PPM Pro (formerly Innotas) Planview Projectplace LeanKit by Planview
Product names that should be removed:
Planview Enterprise
Troux
Innotas
The company recently announced that Troux and Planview Enterprise combined to become Planview Enterprise One. [1]
The company also recently announced the Innotas was renamed Planview PPM Pro [2]
I'm happy to answer any questions on this request.
Thank you.
Janebkovacs (talk) 17:32, 20 February 2018 (UTC) I submit for your consideration an update to the products listed on the Planview page. Currently, products listed are: Planview Enterprise, Troux, Innotas, Projectplace. Current product names, per the company website (https://www.planview.com/) are: Planview Enterprise One, Planview PPM Pro (formerly Innotas), Planview Projectplace, Planview LeanKit. I am the PR manager at Planview and believe these suggested edits comply with Wikipedia core content policies. Janebkovacs (talk) 20:42, 4 June 2018 (UTC)

Updating leadership team and employee count for Planview article
[edit]Hi Wikipedia editors! Can I get your help making some factual updates to the Planview article?
I do support work for Planview's marketing team, and they have asked for my help updating out-of-date information that is on this Wikipedia page.
Here are the updates I am recommending: --The number of employees is no longer 900. It is now 1400 employees. --And Gary Ito is no longer with the company. Can you remove him and add these two executives? Mik Kersten is CTO and Chris Nester is CFO.
Thank you for your help!

Update outdated product info in Planview article sidebar
[edit]Hi Wikipedia editors! Can I get your help updating some out-of-date information that is in the sidebar in this article about Planview? I do support work for the company's marketing team, and they said that some of it is a few years old.
---Can you please change the name of “Enterprise One” to “Planview Portfolios”? The source for this name change is here: https://www.planview.com/products-solutions/products/planview-portfolios/
---Can you please change the name of “Leankit” to “AgilePlace”? The source for this name change is here: https://www.planview.com/products-solutions/products/agileplace/
---Can you change the name of “Spigit” to “IdeaPlace”? The source for this name change is here: https://www.planview.com/products-solutions/products/ideaplace/
---Can you fix the spelling of “ProjectPlace” so the second P is capitalized? The source for this is this page: https://www.planview.com/products-solutions/products/projectplace/
There are also a few additions to make, but I understand if this is too much to ask all at once:
---On the list of products in the sidebar, can you please add these three?: 1) Planview AdaptiveWork – Source is here: https://www.planview.com/products-solutions/products/adaptivework/ 2) Planview Viz – Source is here: https://www.planview.com/products-solutions/products/viz/ 3) Planview Hub – Source is here: https://www.planview.com/products-solutions/products/hub/
---On the list of services in the sidebar, can you please add these two? 1) Value Stream Management – Source is here: https://www.planview.com/products-solutions/solutions/value-stream-management 2) Software Toolchain Integration – Source is here: https://www.planview.com/products-solutions/solutions/software-toolchain-integration/

- @RichMillerPortland: How about you go ahead and make these changes and I'll review them to ensure they're OK? See Help:Referencing for beginners on how to add references. --Un assiolo (talk) 14:30, 18 July 2024 (UTC)
- OK, will do. And yes, I will review that Help page to make sure I follow the right process. Thanks again for guiding me through the process. 2601:1C2:700:E0D0:F851:257D:B8D9:F17B (talk) 19:13, 18 July 2024 (UTC)
- Hi Un assiolo, The Planview gave me suggested updates to the company history to fill in gaps in that information, plus recent updates to the acquisitions section to add missing info. I hope it's OK I follow the process you suggested last time, which is to make the edits directly for you to review and approve/reject. Thanks again for your help. Hope all is well. --Rich RichMillerPortland (talk) 18:18, 30 September 2024 (UTC)
