Blitz: The League
[edit]Regarding the Blitz: The League reference. I see no proof that the Blitz the League game was inspired by Playmakers. I do see, however, that Blitz the League's story was written by the writers of Playmakers. I think this would be a better listing.

- At first the game was going to be completly based on the TV series, but they scrapped the idea when the show was cut.

"Just Jocking" episode
[edit]IMDB lists a new episode from 11/06, called "Just Jocking". I have no idea what it is and I can't find any information on it elsewhere. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.144.205.77 (talk) 19:42, 19 November 2007 (UTC)
- The episode doesn't appear on Amazon.com's listing for the Playmakers DVD either. Very strange. I would guess that it was an episode that was put into production but never aired, but IMDB claims that it did air (even giving an air date), and it's also strange that such an episode wasn't added to the DVD, as unaired but produced eps often are for shows that suffer from early cancellation. If someone could clarify what the deal is with that episode, that would be great. —Lowellian (reply) 02:37, 5 March 2010 (UTC)
Tone/Style
[edit]The section entitled "Themes" specifically needs looking into as much of it looks like Opinion and/or Original Research. Also the episode summaries. Jasynnash2 (talk) 10:38, 6 August 2008 (UTC)
