[edit]I've redirected the article to Emissions trading. Although there was no apparent discussion on the merge proposal, this article hasn't been developed since it was first created and appears to be unsourced, while covering the same material as emissions trading. I have no particular hassles if someone wants to revert the change, though. - Bilby (talk) 04:07, 13 January 2012 (UTC)
