Bletterman

"Egbert Bletterman (born 3 January 1773), was the first official Postmaster General of Ceylon, serving from 1812 to 1815.^[1]^[2]" Here it says 1815-17. Johnsoniensis (talk) 08:29, 24 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
