Povitica[edit]

Is povitica the same as orahnjaca? I've been asked about povitica in the States by non-Croats and the description sounded like the cake that I and everyone I know in Croatia [in Split and Zagreb] call orahnjaca.

Yes, it is the same. Depending on your background it can be called many things.
