[edit]You don't know how long I've wondered what the name of this show was. Now I know.
"Except for runs on the United Kingdom's Sci-Fi channel and the Australian cable network TV1 in the early 1990s and TVLand in the U.S. (which ran 1 episode as part of its Ultimate TV Fan hour), this series has not been aired since its original network run."
This isn't true.
It was shown on ITV in the early 1980s. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 194.72.181.15 (talk) 14:42, 7 January 2014 (UTC)
- I distinctly remember watching it as a kid as well. This would have been the TVS region, probably early 1980s. For the record I remember it being called Project UFO - there seems to be some controversy as to whether it was ever broadcast anywhere as Project Blue Book. It's possible that the article includes its first showings in foreign markets as part of the "original network run", although I remember seeing one of the episodes - reading the article, it was Sighting 4015: The Underwater Incident - twice. -Ashley Pomeroy (talk) 22:32, 1 April 2018 (UTC)
Project Blue Book (in some countries)
[edit]What countries? Until last year, I had always thought I watched Project Blue Book as a 10 year old in the USA. No such thing, here. I dug in to it and still can't find any reference to it ever being called that anywhere. Can we remove this if we can't find any example of the name being used? 72.165.144.251 (talk) 19:19, 3 March 2023 (UTC)
- I'll remove it in a moment. Was actually researching the show earlier this week in order to expand the article. None of the newspapers I found from Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK refer to the show as "Project Blue Book". —CurryTime7-24 (talk) 19:22, 3 March 2023 (UTC)
