This article was originally a spam promoting "Rockwick Capital", part of a sizable spam effort targeted at Wikipedia. See Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Lifnlsdlsdnf. But "proof of funds" letters are real, notable financial instruments. So the article remains, but the spam has been removed.
