Clean up job[edit]

This article needs major work. It seems more like a brochure than an encyclopedia article (especially the phrase "cheap cheap smokes!"). I've removed the blatant stuff, but there's still a lot more to be done. -WikiMarshall 01:00, 4 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • This article has lots of unaccurate answers. First of all, the area does not have a booming economy; according to Statistics Canada, the population of the Quinte area is decreasing (I think it is due to labor shortages, although I'm not really sure). Second of all, it's biased to call Montreal, Toronto and Ottawa "great cities", even though they are the two largest cities in Canada and the national capital, respectively. 216.106.109.72 02:50, 1 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  • I agree with the others here that this article needs some serious revisions. It looks like very aged in comparison to Wikipedia's modern standards. Glandrid (talk) 08:51, 4 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • I've done some clean up and formatting and wikilinking. Also made a request at the Belleville, Ontario article for knowledgeable editors to assist. Flibirigit (talk) 09:14, 4 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
