Peer Review

This article provides a clear overview of Huberdeau’s career thus far. The lead clearly states Huberdeau’s achievements and notability. The biography covers the essential information required to understand where this filmmaker was born and what lead him to his career, while the career section itself is appropriately longer. Furthermore, this section takes care to include a brief allusion to Huberdeau’s statements on his own films, but does not rely upon this primary source to discuss his work.

An area for improvement would be perhaps to expand the biography section further, though this may not be possible, depending on how private Huberdeau keeps his personal life. Furthermore, there are some topics mentioned in the article (experimental films, homophobia) that could benefit from links related topics, and this article could similarly be indexed in some category lists on Wikipedia (such as Canadian Film Directors).
