Hi. Please don't remove valid tags from the article. It was written by a person with a conflict of interest, and does read like an advert. Regarding the title, the sub title of "RT-RK" is not required, as it is the first section, have a look at WP:LEAD, which explains how wikipedia articles are laid out.
