Parishan, there are official policies here in wikipedia and one of them is WP:NPOV, so you have to obide by them, even if some politician at PACE uses a word that you like. Second, we should all fallow the guidelines, but also remember that official polices like the WP:OWN have a higher standing. Thirdly, you gonna have to prove me that Zhirokhov Mikhail Aleksandrovich is a reliable source. Also don't be shy of the talkpage, it wont eat you.
