Ranwood Records is not Defunct, they are still in business, so I am removing that designation from Ranwood's wikipedia page.
Lawrence Welk did acquire the rights to his Dot label recordings,
but he did NOT acquire the rights to his Coral recordings.
The rights to his Coral recordings are held by Universal.
