Sri Hari Ram Shakya has been elected as President through a valid Agenda of the members of the registered Political Party on 28.6.2006. A WRIT PETITION NO.10471 of 2006 in Delhi High Court was filed by Rastriya Samanta Dal through Sri Y.B. Singh Kushwah R/O 8/440 Trilokpuri, Delhi (conteneding Moti Lal Shastri as President, who was initially inducted on 25.11.2001 for three years and was remooved after expiry of such period automatically)by impleading Election Commission of India and Sri Hari Ram Shakya, Ex M.L.A. Challenging the said election , which was commenced from 11.1.2006 upto 28.6.2006. The said writ petition 10471 of 2006 in Delhi High Court was dissmissed on 8.8.2006 by Delhi High Court as withdrawn. In view of Saguja Transport Authority Versus State Transport Authority 1987 SCC volume 1 Page 5 , the said dismissal shall be deemed to be the dismissal on merit and thus the election in which , Sri Hari Ram Shakya has been elected as president in the Election conducted on 28.6.2006. The entire proceedings of the said election were forwarded to Elecrtion Commission of India. The suit was filed by sri Y.B.Shingh alledging himself to be Secretary General of Rastriya Samanta Dal in the Court of Dristrict Judge Delhi against sri Hari Ram Shakya alleging his subsequent election alleged to conducted illegally by raisimng hands, but the said Suit was dismissed on 6.10.2008 as withdrawn.

Thus there are two decision of Competent Courts In Favour of Sri Hari Ram Shakya Declaring Him as President of RASTRIYA SAMANAT DAL, a REGISTERD POLITICAL PARTY WITH ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA.

The dimension and horizon created by our mentor guardian of all the three organs on account of its slave orientation to drag an individual to the point of abrogation and subjugation by confining his inner instincts and his existence is an iron cage, not having any ventilation and people are living in the state of suffocation, virtually on the verge of their death point. There is a complete apathy of the custodian of the power towards their welfare and in our country "We, the people " who are regarded to be the sovereign of the nation are living a life full of abrogation and subjugation. I seldom consider that whether it is worthwhile to shout a voice and thereby invite some lighter sleeper to suffer the agony of the death and this purpose achieved through my writing may serve some purpose.
