Regency Historical?
[edit]I am most interested in knowing what the differences between Regency Traditional and Regency Historical are. Darkfrog24 18:29, 30 March 2007 (UTC)
I think Dickens needs to be included in the "Regency Historical" period if we interpret that as later fiction set in the Regency era. Although he lived during the Victorian period, many if not most of his novels are set during the Regency period, spilling over at most into the early Victorian England. WorldCat Genres
[edit]Hello, I'm working with OCLC, and we are algorithmically generating data about different Genres, like notable Authors, Book, Movies, Subjects, Characters and Places. We have determined that this Wikipedia page has a close affintity to our detected Genere of regency-fiction. It might be useful to look at [1] for more information. Thanks. Percy Shelley as author of Regency fiction?
[edit]I'd like to know by what reasoning Percy Bysshe Shelley is included in the list of authors of Regency *novels*. If Shelley ever wrote a novel, it's news to most English departments. If the authors are including his epic poetry as "fiction", it would be good to make it clear that this is what is meant, rather than to mislead readers into thinking that Percy Shelley wrote Regency novels.Munchkyn (talk) 07:03, 31 December 2015 (UTC)
