Global scope[edit]

This article is very specific to United States tax law. Wikipedia is an international resource, and as such should refer to such credits as they are available internationally as well as in the US only. WikiDan61^ChatMe!_ReadMe!! 20:48, 12 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
