[edit]I removed an external reference to text that was verbatim taken from a document I wrote concerning the rules that Richard Dennis wrote as I remembered them. The rules are available on the site at www.originalturtles.org and they were copied out of my PDF document onto the site at:

Their use violates our copyright.
