Hi, this article popped up on my notices or watchlist somehow, and I visited and added a bit. This was before I realized it was on a list at wt:WISCONSIN (which I myself had posted), and that there was an offer to develop this article posted there. By all means go ahead! What I added here is very incomplete. Since there are just 11 contributing buildings (or contributing properties?) in the district, perhaps they could all be listed? Anyhow, I hope editors here will take this forward any way they wish, and mark it done at the wt:WISCONSIN page whenever appropriate. I'll bow out now.
