removing "notablity" tag[edit]

The tag was added after two edits 4 years and roughly 30 edits ago. Any concerns about notability are certainly resolved as the article has significantly changed since then. --Rex Diablo (talk) 14:04, 16 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
