If you work for Rivoningo Mhlari as an employee or PR representative (or are editing about yourself), you must disclose this conflict of interest per Wikipedia's guidelines and the WMF's Terms of Use. Please make sure to read WP:COI and WP:PAID, and post the necessary transparent disclosure as described in these guidelines. I have nominated the article for deletion because it is poorly sourced and the organization founded by the subject does not have an article of its own to show noteworthiness. My suggestion would be for you to create an article for the organization first.
