RR United

This needs to be cleaned up about Roadrunner United: The All Stars. It's not four bands, it's a different band for each song on the CD (some musicians play on multiple tracks) but evenly split between the four team leaders. The team leaders are the producers/music writers/musician recruiters and also played on the tracks they wrote. A singer was also recruited who had to create his own lyrics and melody for the song. 12.145.237.146 10:38, 18 October 2005 (UTC)

I've cleaned it up a bit - somebody else may want to add to it. I think it would be worth having a separate Roadrunner United article. 86.129.196.102 18:05, 31 October 2005 (UTC)

RR United, again

This is turning into more of an article on RR United. Wouldn't a company logo, or something similar, be more appropriate, instead of the video still? 86.141.187.83 17:48, 4 November 2005 (UTC)

I changed it to the album cover, which looks a bit better. 13-days 17:30, 9 November 2005 (UTC)

Mallcore

I really honestly don't think we need all that stuff about "mallcore" bands. It's only an opinion; I'm sure other people hate other labels. 13-days 17:05, 16 January 2006 (UTC)

Mallcore what hardcore bands brought primarily by people who hang out in malls thats really dumb what happens when the people who go to malls stop buying them or stop going to malls? Unregistered text offender 14:35, 16 May 2006 (UTC)

Could you try using punctuation and proper grammar 'plz'? It is a good description of the types of people who buy some of it though. XdiabolicalX 01:09, 13 September 2006 (UTC)

Arcade Records

Discogs says Arcade Records was tossed around and eventually bought by Roadrunner Records, what's happening now? Anybody know any history into arcade? --x1987x 03:45, 4 February 2006 (UTC)

Major Record Label?

This implies that Roadrunner is one of the big four, which isn't the case. They're an independent label, albeit a large one.

I think it just implies that they're owned by someone else. ----brokenyard

I think we (as in someone) needs to do some research into ownership of RR, it states that the Island Def Jam (and by extension UMG) owns a Share of the label, if they are publically traded we need that information, if its a parternship we need to find out who the other partners are. Artist

Ever notice how roadrunner has a lot of crappy bands under its roster of artist both past and present. Ex.Cradle Of Filth and Slipknot —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.220.174.48 (talk) 01:15, 5 October 2007 (UTC)

No, but I noticed that's completely an opinion. MagicBear 00:33, 10 October 2007 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for Image:Roadrunner logo.gif

Image:Roadrunner logo.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Citation mark 2 leads to the Warner Groups News page and not the specified article about them buying RR. We should try to find another source. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 85.176.134.19 (talk) 19:21, 15 September 2010 (UTC)
