...the old Queen's Birthday Parade was later renamed Laffan's Plain in his memory.

Sounds rather odd. Are you sure it was the event that was known as Laffan's Plain, and not the venue? (I realize that that the item is referenced in the identical words.) Valetude (talk) 21:11, 17 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
