Books by this writer

[edit]

Both the online Science Fiction Encyclopedia (here), and the International Speculative Fiction Database (here) attribute two books to this writer.

One is Supernatural: Haunting Stories of Gothic Terror (Severn House hbk 1977, Fontana pbk 1977), an anthology "Devised and Edited" by Muller containing 7 short stories adapted by himself or 5 others from 8 screenplays (7 by himself) for the TV series Supernatural that he created. The book is already detailed in that series' article.

The other is a novel, The Lost Diaries of Albert Smith (Jonathan Cape hbk 1965), vt After All, This is England (Penguin pbk 1967), which describes contemporary Britain sliding into neo-Fascism.

The latter's introductory blurb (in the Penguin edition) also mentions 3 other novels (presumably not SF/speculative, so not referenced by the above sources): Cinderella Nightingale (Pan 1962), The World that Summer (1959, republished 1994) and The Shores of Night (Eyre & Spottiswoode 1961). I take Penguin to be a Reliable source in such matters, and have gleaned the publication details above from various online listings (Amazon, Librarything, etc.)

The Jewish Virtual Library (here) mentions The World that Summer, and also that ". . . after the 1960s, [he] wrote works in German for German television." (as is corroborated by various entries in this article's Television listing.

If no-one raises objections, I will in due course add the above information to the article. {The poster formerly known as 87.81.230.195} 90.197.27.141 (talk) 11:38, 26 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
