Expansion of page needed
[edit]I notice some mistakes on the page here. Cook was arrested in Stettler, not Edmonton, the evening before his family was found dead. He had been in Edmonton to trade in his father's car, but he returned to Stettler around 7PM Saturday evening. I will start making some edits to the page to update and expand on some things. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tys1961 (talk • contribs) 14:16, 16 September 2011 (UTC)
I'm making inquiries of the Alberta Law Society and other agencies to verify the credibility of the assertion that the uncle confessed to the crime.
Aside from the mention on this WIKI, I've yet to find a credible source confirming this.
I was, however, able to locate a work of semi-fiction (dual narrative interwoven with facts of the case) by author Betty Jane Hegerat called "The Boy" which suggested a deathbed confession, but it is unknown whether this was sourced from fact or the author's imagination.
