Library Restaurant as a source
[edit]The Library Restaurant web site says, "the signing of the Russo-Japanese Treaty on August 8, 1905, for the press", happened in the building. There is no evidence of that at the definitive web site about the treaty. Among other things the date would have been in September, 1905, not August. I've included other facts from the site, including the list of Presidents, but who knows?. . . . Jim . . . . Jameslwoodward (talk • contribs) 14:55, 30 December 2009 (UTC)
