Trump appointee sues Biden over alleged ouster from advisory board
[edit]"Roger Severino was appointed to the council of the Administrative Conference of the United States in the final days of the previous administration."

Hardly encyclopedic. — Preceding unsigned comment added by BenW (talk • contribs) 04:49, 9 February 2021 (UTC)
Resignation
[edit]To add to article: what caused Severino to resign his post as the director of the Office of Civil Rights at the United States Department of Health and Human Services on January 15, 2021? 173.88.246.138 (talk) 15:40, 5 March 2021 (UTC)
- I've added the HHS notice announcing his departure. Note this was simply 6 days before the end of the Trump administration, so I think "he resigned" is undue weight to include in the lead and could be construed as leaving due to wrongdoing. His departure may have had something to do with his mid-January commission to the council of the Administrative Conference of the United States, which he was apparently forced out of shortly after Biden took office. --Animalparty!
