Rationale for new article

Ross Snyder is a significant but little-known figure in the development of recording techniques in the 1950s, see the Psacot cite. This article is currently a short stub to fix a broken Wikilink, but I intend to expand it over the next week or so -- I crave your indulgence while I do the research!
