I have updated the Infobox and add Categories for the page. I have included new information for the Category: Flag Assignments, as well as the other categories.

I have an Official US Navy Photo of Admiral Johnson as the Commander in Chief of the US Pacific Fleet. But I can't figure out how to upload it.
