article expansion
Thanks, Shyamal, for starting this article. I had a little time, so I added a couple references. There are definitely more out there.
We need one on the line about his death. I can't copy/paste the "In memoriam" pdf to translate, is it mentioned there?
This paper mentions a Rudolf Geigy Foundation [1], and the first page of this mentions the award. This and this are on the subject of the foundation.
Also this looks like a good reference, and here are two book references: [2], [3].
When I get a chance, I'll revisit this, but anyone is welcome be bold and do so in the meantime. = paul2520 (talk) 12:22, 3 November 2017 (UTC)
- Thanks for improving the article - @Paul2520: - the death by euthanasia bit is mentioned in the German Wikipedia entry - I have requested User:Hadi to help find a reliable source - probably from a Swiss newspaper. Shyamal (talk) 12:25, 3 November 2017 (UTC)
- @Shyamal: Thanks! That was enough information for me to get the reference myself (so Hadi is more than welcome to help translate, but I was able to use the reference via Google Translate). I also added an infobox using the image used on de:Rudolf Geigy. = paul2520 (talk) 13:54, 3 November 2017 (UTC)
- Thanks paul2520 and Shyamal. Your translations from German seems correct to me. I only changed Exit international to Exit (Switzerland) because in the sources is only mentioned Exit, so this must have been the Swiss organisation. --Hadi (talk) 19:16, 3 November 2017 (UTC)
- The article looks great. I nominated it for DYK (see below). Thanks for your efforts, Shyamal and Hadi. It would be great if you helped me address any comment(s) that arise in the DYK review process. = paul2520 (talk) 21:09, 4 November 2017 (UTC)
