About the tie-breaking in 2009 and 2011 contests.
[edit]Russia tied for second place with Armenia in 2009. Both were voted for the same number of countries. The tie-breaking rule says Armenia would place second, since they received three twelve-point sets while Russia received only two. This is the scoreboard in case you want to check.
I think it could be a mistake, because that scoreboard doesn't list any country placing third, and because the tie breaker was applied in 2011 contest. However, I don't think we can correct an official source. What should we do in a case like this? Not A Superhero (talk) 20:27, 4 December 2011 (UTC)
