Modifications and List of Cup Winners[edit]

I adjusted and modified some things in article because there was some errors with the list of champions and numbers of tournament when comparing with the "Rwanda - List of Cup Winners" in the RSSS page, that can cause confusion. Added the "Records and statistics" and "performance by clubs, provinces and cities". It's worth of note that some tournaments and champions where not listed in the original article in the Wikipedia page, where the page in the RSSS site listed all of them.
