Article title[edit]

You know, unless someone is planning on doing articles on other characters named Ryoko or an article on the name itself, we might as well move this to Ryoko. --Paul Soth 16:29, 26 Jun 2005 (UTC)

Moot point. --Paul Soth 08:53, 7 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, is Ryoko a monkey girl? -Izaak

No, although she has been given several monkey-attributes, such as her simian tail-belt, her square ears and her powers/personality -Conawn
Seems more along the lines of a catgirl to me (especially in the OVA). --Paul Soth 03:50, 27 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I'm not sure what kind of tail it is, but it is merely part of one of her pairs of pants, or otherwise she tucks it in while wearing other pants.. Wa 11:26, 2 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
The tail isn't part of her body, simply an accessory she wears, like someone would wear a belt. This was stated by the series creator, Masaki Kajishima, in an interview. Also, just a note: I've seen every episode of Tenchi Muyo, and Royko is never called "Ryoko Hakubi" once on the show (Hakubi being her mother/creator's last name,) so I think all references to "Ryoko Hakubi" should be excised from this article and Wikipedia for the sake of correctness.

The "Tenchi in Tokyo" section mentions that she cannot live without oxygen in that continuity, I assume this is because she seems to panic upon stepping out of the elevator during the back robbery with Hotsuma, but doesn't she exhibit this ability later in the same episode? Or did they manage to restore the oxygen? John Lee Pettimore 06:19, 25 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Who is the person that imprisons Ryoko for a while. I think it was an ex-boyfriend or something? In one of the series, Ryoko requested part of the spaceship look just like Tenchi's house. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

Tsundere?[edit]

So is Ryoko's hot/cold attitude and tendancy to abuse Tenchi characteristic of a Tsundere? Aron.Foster 06:58, 2 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
