Merger proposal
[edit]- The following discussion is closed. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section. A summary of the conclusions reached follows.
- The result of this discussion was to Merge with Sarah_and_Duck Rhysjj (talk) 01:14, 20 August 2013 (UTC)
Should Sarah_and_Duck be merged to here?
Yes, definitely. I created Sarah_and_Duck but all the action is on the ampersanded version. Strongly agree. Rhysjj (talk) 14:34, 10 August 2013 (UTC)
- This makes sense anyway given that the series' actual name explicitly includes the ampersand :) 80.189.203.69 (talk) 13:05, 30 October 2014 (UTC)
Surname
[edit]Does anyone know if any of the episodes her Sarah a last name? 174.92.132.81 (talk) 16:12, 21 November 2015 (UTC)
- It's not supposed to be that complicated. Bod (talk) 12:18, 7 December 2015 (UTC)
AltDate
[edit]Aside from the OriginalAirDate field (in UK) for episode field I am wondering if we could make use of the AltDate field. There are different Original air dates listed on the Bell guide for channel 1549 (Family Junior) specific to North America I expect. 8 December 2014 for Cloud Tower or 4 October 2015 for Sound Jumble or 9 January 2016 for Plate Escape or 17 January 2016 for Paisley Sea, to give some examples. 174.92.135.167 (talk) 12:40, 11 January 2016 (UTC)
- Unless it is a US/Canada/Mexico co-production, or that the series aired first in North America, I don't see that adding North American dates would be consistent with MOS:TV. We typically only care about the airdates in the intended markets (typically the nations of origin) or the first airings elsewhere. Regards, Cyphoidbomb (talk) 21:35, 11 January 2016 (UTC)

Character list
[edit]Surely Librarian ought to be among the cast. He is voiced by Tim Britton, and—as is hardly surprising—plays a major role in the episode "Lost Librarian." He nearly if not always "wears" a book over his head, and occasionally shushes patrons at seemingly-random intervals.
I particularly enjoyed his third-or-so appearance, by which time he has begun to form an opinion of Sarah as an inquisitive seven-year-old girl with eccentric interests. As she and Duck approach his desk? In a friendly if slightly-sardonic tone, Librarian asks, "Ah, so what is it today? Hat nubs? Tractors? Why are sloths tired?"drone5 18:12, 23 October 2020 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Drone5 (talk • contribs)
Why the show is still present when they didn't made season 4?
[edit]I have the question. Did Sarah and Duck rebroadcast in new years when they didn't make season 4 and new episodes?. This is not official if the season 4 wasn't announced and just rumors. 161.82.151.105 (talk) 08:24, 19 January 2023 (UTC)
- It's like the show is not aired and made new season 4 in after 2017 2001:FB1:30:F70D:C876:5AFA:A7C5:EBC0 (talk) 08:50, 28 January 2023 (UTC)
