An unregistered IP address added 'New Weird European' as adjectives to define School is Cool. Does that refer to a music style?

School is Cool vs. School Is Cool[edit]

Shouldn't titles of English language works follow title case? In this case meaning the verb 'is' should be capitalized? They have it lowercase on social media, but the band name is all caps on their albums.
