Bank Nationalisation Case

[edit]

The reference to present High Court Justice Callinan is confusing. Whilst I am sure that Justice Callinan may have "pointed out that property is a bundle of rights and each right in the bundle can be property capable of acquisition", he certainly did not do so in the Bank Nationalisation Case (which was a case from the 1940s).

Could someone please add an appropriate citation for this remark? --Calabraxthis 13:28, 9 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
