English Translation

[edit]

In Norwegian, "delt" can mean either "shared" or "divided"/"split" (see https://translate.google.com/?ie=UTF-8&hl=en&client=tw-ob#no/en/delt). Is there any authority that would suggest "shared" is the more accurate translation here? Since each participant is liable for corporate debts only in a proportional share to their ownership, "divided" seems more accurate. I have changed the translation accordingly, but I'm happy to change it back if there is some authority suggesting "shared" is better.–eruditionFISH 20:18, 10 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
