Shouldn't Turkey be counted as an European country? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.136.217.222 (talk) 01:54, 3 November 2007 (UTC)
Why is Serbia Refused Entry into Malaysia? And why is Serbia banned from participating in the Malaysia My 2nd Home Program alongside Israel and Montenegro?Pryde 01 (talk) 12:00, 3 May 2008 (UTC)
Because of this:

Free visa
[edit]Oman and Qatar are blue, why not on the list of countries? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 77.105.5.243 (talk) 19:16, 24 February 2009 (UTC)
Albania
[edit]I removed Albania from the visa-free list as the MFA of Albania does not list Serbia on it's new official list at [1] and this page indicates also that a visa is needed. Passportguy (talk) 17:23, 30 May 2009 (UTC)
- Perhaps their website is outdated. Here is the news that says otherwise - Albania cancels visas for Serbian nationals.--Avala (talk) 23:47, 30 May 2009 (UTC)
- I saw that, but the list is very new (only around a month old) and was extensively updated when there was a major shift in Albanian visa policy (abolution of the entry fee, extention of visa free stay to 90 days, abolution of visa for Israelis etc). I was quite surprised when I saw this too, as timatic lists 1 month visa free stay. Possibly they recently abolished visa-free travel for Serbians due to political tensions ?? EU
[edit]First of all the EU Commission has only suggested the removal of visas, it still has to be decided. Second of all, the EU doesn't equal Schengen which is what is going on here actually. So this includes Norway and Switzerland but excludes the UK or Ireland. The situation with Bulgaria, Cyprus, Liechtenstein, and Romania is unclear as well as with special territories like Gibraltar or Åland Islands, overseas territories like Martinique or Greenland. Thus we will have to list all the countries and territories until this gets unified to "the EU" as it could easily lead to confusion over what is and what is not included in the Schengen area.--Avala (talk) 21:19, 28 July 2009 (UTC)
Attempt to defuse edit war on visa free travel map
[edit]I added a new section on visa requirements, starkly abstracting the entire document it references (without including the map) and noting the special status of Malaysia. Edward Vielmetti (talk) 09:45, 30 January 2010 (UTC)
UNMIK document still issued?
[edit]The article mentions that "the UN administration of the province, UNMIK, is issuing its own travel document." But the Kosovan passport article says that "Those travel documents, though no longer issued, ...". So is this information outdated? --Spoon! (talk) 05:59, 13 February 2010 (UTC)
- I would assume they're no longer issued, UNMIK has traditionally stepped aside in non-controversial administrative/judicial areas where the Republic of Kosovo wishes to take over. But I haven't seen any evidence or anything, so this could use a proper reference. —what a crazy random happenstance 09:41, 13 February 2010 (UTC)
