Why does info in the header create category

This is not how it is supposed to work. You are supposed to have to put things in categories deliberately. This problem seems to exist only with Australian populated places. Someone needs to fix this issue.John Pack Lambert (talk) 20:15, 25 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
