Dear Sir/Madam, I am trying to contact Mr. Robert A Duff - Engineer who was in charge of the Engineers Laboratory at the Victoria Hydro Electric Project in Sri Lanka (1980- 1983). I was employed by Balfour Beatty Nuttal and seconded to work for SAGP in the Laboratory as a Handyman.Would you be ever so kind enough to pass on my information my name is OLIVER Thanks and best regards.
