Did he have only one daughter?
[edit]Burke's "Landed Gentry", under "Walrond of Dulford", records a Theodore Walrond of Calder Park (1788-1864) marrying on 11 09 1820 "Jane, dau. of Lieut-Col. Sir Charles-H. Hastings, KCH" which is precisely what he was at the time. I don't imagine that knighthoods in the Royal Guelphic Order were all that common, and it must surely be the same man.
