Baront number
[edit]According to Michael Glover's "The Peninsular War 1807-1814", Sir William Erskine was the 1st Baronet, not the 2nd. I created the page with the title "Sir William Erskine" a couple nights ago and the title was changed shortly afterward. How can I change it to the 1st Baronet? (13 Sept 2007). - I've changed it to the 2nd baronet, which is recorded by the DNB. Glover's wrong: this William Erskine succeeded to teh baronetcy on teh death of his fater in 1795.Gwinva (talk) 11:31, 30 May 2008 (UTC)
