Extend the Skiff
Dlrohrer2003 and SoWhy: I am with Skiff's PR firm in New York City. We recently made some additional announcements at the 2010 International CES in Las Vegas (see http://skiff.com/press.html), during which we previewed our initial Skiff Reader.
I know I'm not allowed to edit this record myself, due to my conflict of interest, but I wanted to see if one of you would be able to extend the Skiff, LLC record (currently a stub) using the press releases on the company's Web site and some of the following media reports (culled from the over 600 articles that appeared about the Skiff Reader and the e-Reader boom at the show) as sources?

- First of all, press releases are not allowed as sources, since they are primary sources and Wikipedia requires reliable third-party sources. Then, you can edit the article yourself if you believe you can avoid editing from a non-neutral point of view. It's very hard though, so you better read Wikipedia:Conflict of interest if you are even considering it.
- As for expanding the article, I cannot speak for Dlrohrer2003 (talk · contribs), but I am currently quite busy, so I cannot promise to make any edits to it soon (I can add it to my ToDo list though). What you can do though, since you have declared a conflict of interest (thank you for doing so btw!) is this: Start a new section on this talk page with the text you would like to be added to the article, trying to follow our guidelines as best as you can and using references with reliable sources. Then add the following template to the top of this new section: {{request edit}}. A neutral editor will come along, hopefully soon, and review your proposal and fix it if needed or say it's okay to add. This way you can do something about what you think is missing without having to edit under your conflict of interest. Regards SoWhy 22:52, 12 January 2010 (UTC)
