Redirect[edit]

I have changed the redirect to point to the disambiguation page. The continual edit warring suggests it is appropriate as both are legitimate and likely uses of the word without one being a clearcut primary topic. I would note the claim made in some of the earlier edits that most or all uses of sopranos in wikipedia redirects do indeed intend to refer to soprano rather then The Sopranos. Primary colours was also raised and it is an interesting one. primary colours redirects to Primary Colours which is about an album. primary colour redirects to primary color which is about the colours. primary colors ditto. Primary Colors is about the book. The capitalisations being about the book and album are appropriate because it is unlikely people would use capitalisations if not referring to these proper titles. This doesn't apply to sopranos because the plural is a perfectly legitimate and common word as evidence by its usage in articles including the soprano article itself. (The issue of capitalisation doesn't come up because the first letter is treated the same on wikipedia, capitalised or not.) If these is dispute I suggest an RFC as this has been ongoing for long enough with virtual no discussion other then via edit warring. Nil Einne (talk) 08:17, 17 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
