Del Singh

[edit]

Labour Candidate Del Singh has been killed in an attack in Afghanistan and will likely be replaced on the Labour list. I have struck-through his name until the new order and replacement (if any) are confirmed. Sport and politics (talk) 15:49, 18 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I've hidden his name, rather than struck through User:Sport and politics, as under the circumstances, striking out his name looks......inappropriate. doktorb wordsdeeds 17:28, 18 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I am not sure what is "inappropriate" about striking through his name. Removing it is like he was never a candidates at all. Also it gives an impression the rest of the list will simply shift forward one place which is not necessarily correct. Sport and politics (talk) 09:22, 19 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

How does the author know who the candidates are before nominations have closed? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.1.26.177 (talk) 13:32, 19 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Omission of Upper Thames

[edit]

If the table is intended to include all the MEPs for the previous FPTP seats which lay within the South-east England regional seat, it needs also to include seats such as Upper Thames which were replaced in 1984.Ntmr (talk) 12:35, 12 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
