Removal of section entitled 'Antarctic exploration'

The section entitled 'Antarctic exploration' has been removed as a review of the main article )i.e. SS Southern Cross (1886)) indicates this ship could not have served with the Melanesian Mission (i.e. built 1886, lost 1914). Cowdy001 (talk) 07:03, 21 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Career after the Melanesian Mission

The following reference has been removed from the 'Reference' section as it briefly mentions that Southern Cross No.4 was used for missionary work - Taylor, C. (1998). The Brothers Taylor, A Tasmanian Maritime Historyp (Published in the Roebuck Series, No. 50). Canberra: Navarine Publishing. ISBN 0-9586561-4-2. The reference was been reviewed at a reference library at lunch time today & will be cited in respect to the article about Southern Cross No.4 (i.e. Southern Cross (1891 Melanesian Mission ship).Cowdy001 (talk) 04:03, 22 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
