Slight correction[edit]

Al Stewart does not say that ALL the songs are about certainty and uncertainty. He says that the ALBUM is about that. For instance, Football Hero was just a tune he came up with at the moment and he has no idea why he wrote it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.52.66.213 (talk) 01:34, 25 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The source says:
"He was very sure of himself, but within a generation, everything he believed in was swept away," he said, adding that every song on the album -- which include historical figures like the Shah of Iran and Dwight Eisenhower -- address the same themes of "certainty and uncertainty." (emphasis added)
Grammar aside, it's hard to construe the phrase "every song on the album" as "the album as a whole, but not every song on the album." TJRC (talk) 02:07, 25 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
